Europe Sales Director

Job brief

We are looking for a results-driven, high-performing Sales Director to drive aggressive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the cellular IoT market in Europe, by working closely with ODM/OEMs, cellular operators and additional players in various verticals of the IoT eco system.

 

Responsibilities

·         Meet or exceed sales targets

·         Expand the customer base and market share and build long term sales funnel

·         Own strong relationships with customers and operators

·         Drive the organization to deliver what you need in order to increase the business, through relations with the stake holders and understanding of how things get done

·         Effective communication through proposals, presentations, speaking opportunities, etc. in written and verbal formats

·         Lead direct strategic sales cycles from qualification to closure including contract aspects handling

·         Develop and work alongside channel partners to discover and close business opportunities in the region

·         Understand specific market vertical landscapes and trends, competitive dynamics and input into the products teams and management

 

Requirements

·         Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

·         Semiconductor and cellular background – an advantage

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including senior and executive levels

·         Experience in a global organization – an advantage

·         BA/BSc degree or equivalent a must, MBA an advantage

·         Fluent English
